Walking works to stop the decline of memory

A recent study suggests that people who live in neighborhoods encourage their people to walk, may be able to prevent their exposure to cognitive impairment and memory as they age.
Research has suggested that walking can lead to better results, both for physical health such as reducing body mass and blood pressure, or perception like memory among older people.
The follow-up of 64 elderly people found that walking has effectively contributed to reducing cognitive decline, as well as enhancing memory efficiency compared to older people who do not exercise regularly.
